Job Description

  • Oversee all tasks required to achieve objectives in benefits and payroll administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regional and local regulations governing benefits.
  • Adhere to and enforce regional and local laws related to payroll administration.
  • Manage the company's benefits portal on the intranet, ensuring employees have up-to-date access to benefits information.
  • Deliver exceptional support to employees while fostering strong business relationships.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company benefit strategies, events, plan designs, and communications.
  • Administer global payroll processing for employees and contract resources.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of timesheets and related reporting.
  • Manage garnishments and ensure proper funding of payroll accounts.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies, as well as respond to payroll-related inquiries.
  • Perform additional duties as required or assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in benefits and payroll administration within a global organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in managing global benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, spending accounts, commuter benefits, retirement plans, STD/LTD, voluntary and supplemental offerings, wellness programs, and COBRA.
  • Proficiency in administering leave of absence programs, collaborating with third-party administrators to ensure accurate and timely leave management in compliance with regional and local laws, including calculating pay and benefit durations.
  • Extensive experience in 401(k) administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and operations.
  • Familiarity with time and attendance systems and associated practices.
  • Strong understanding of payroll policies and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to audit payroll processes effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.
