Job Description

  • Own the full payroll lifecycle for a global employee population, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Serve as the Workday payroll subject matter expert, partnering with Finance and HR.
  • Manage complex compensation structures, including bonuses and equity vesting.
  • Oversee global payroll with a focus on the UK and Ireland, in addition to the U.S.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll, tax, and regulatory requirements while providing a high-touch employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll and Benefits Specialist should have:

  • 10+ years of payroll experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Expert-level Workday payroll experience (required).
  • Proven experience managing bonuses, incentive compensation, and equity vesting.
  • Demonstrated success running full-cycle, global payroll.
  • Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a lean, high-performing environment.
