Payroll Clerk

- Collect and ensure information regarding employees timekeeping

- Manage organization's employee requests such as direct deposit updates, time off requests, address changes, and time off requests

- Point of contact for employees regarding questions or concerns when it comes to all payroll activities

- Responsible for entering termination and new hire information into payroll systems

- Prepare payroll reports to supervisors and the rest of the organization

- Adjust pay rates and employee information changes into the electronic payroll records

- Verify all quarterly payroll records are correct and up to date

- Responsible for employment verification's
