Hybrid schedule (3 days in NYC).Job DescriptionEnd-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage and execute multi-state payroll through Workday Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.System Expertise: Maintain and troubleshoot Workday Payroll, including payroll setup, tax configurations, and reporting.Compliance & Audits: Ensure payroll aligns with federal, state, and local regulations, conducting audits and reconciliations.Payroll Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on payroll trends, tax filings, and labor costs for leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, tax issues, and employee inquiries.Process Improvement: Continuously refine payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
