Their dynamic and supportive work environment emphasizes both professional development and work-life balance.Job DescriptionCollect and review weekly timesheet data for correct coding and payroll ratesProcess payroll for multiple states, unions, and federal contracts for 150-200 employeesPrepare and process all payroll deductions, taxes, fringe benefits, and expensesMaintain accurate records of payroll documentation, transactions, and employee benefitsRespond to payroll-related inquiries and provide administrative support for new hiresEnsure compliance with union agreements, Davis-Bacon, and prevailing wage lawsCollaborate with various departments on payroll-related mattersPrepare and distribute payroll reports, such as 401k and salary tracker reportsUpload union benefits to appropriate portals and process certified payroll reportsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
