They are seeking a Payroll Specialist with hands-on expertise in ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations for the organization. This role is required to be onsite in Brooklyn, NY 5 days a week. $70k-$80k + great benefits (fully paid for healthcare)Job DescriptionProcess biweekly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Handle payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Administer payroll deductions, benefits contributions, and 401(k) processing in partnership with HR.Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, ensuring clear communication and resolution.Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 preparation and audits.Support HR with benefits administration, leave tracking, and other HR operations as needed.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within payroll operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
