Payroll Specialist - Retail (NO RELOCATION)

• Process payroll accurately and on time for employees across various departments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain and update payroll records and systems as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Generate payroll reports and provide insights to management.
• Manage employee benefits deductions and contributions, including 401k and health benefits.
• Assist in audits and implement process improvements within payroll practices.
