About Our Client

Our client is a Financial Services Firm. They are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is fully in-person and will require proof of vaccination.

Description

  • Run multiple in-house payrolls for 100+ employees
  • Manage relationship with ADP to ensure seamless service
  • Coordinate with various departments to run supplementary payrolls, including bonuses, relocation reimbursement & special tax payrolls
  • Manage and administer all US benefit schemes daily
  • Run annual renewal of health-care providers
  • Coordinate with HR regarding visas & liaise with third party immigration firms
  • Support the US Financial Control with specialized projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Ability to be a self-starter & work as part of a close team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate good communication & willingness to learn
  • Proven track record in payroll capacity, requiring client interface
  • Financial services industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work in-office
  • Must be fully vaccinated for consideration
