About Our Client

My client is a nonprofit organization that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. Applicable candidates must be familiar with ADP, can start a new role ASAP & able to work in a hybrid capacity.

Job Description

  • Administer bi-weekly payroll
  • Ensure processing of new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations
  • Review and analyze payroll, benefits and tax procedures
  • Maintain employee payroll files including W4 forms, time-sheets
  • Prepare payroll documentation and review to ensure accuracy
  • Audit payroll balance sheets, YTD earnings
  • Ensure system are set up and updated to reflect employee base, include wages, benefits and sick time
  • Work in a hybrid capacity; able to work independently

The Successful Applicant

  • Able to start new role ASAP
  • Experiencing utilizing ADP and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or HR required
  • 3+ years Payroll experience
