Job Description
- Administrating all payroll tax
- Closing old accounts, researching and resolving tax notices
- Ultipro, ADP, Payforce and Gusto usage
- Maintain payroll email inbox
- Create UKG cases
- Provide transaction level support for payroll processing
- Create reports as needed
- Reconcile and update monthly payroll transactions

The Successful Applicant
- Working knowledge of UKG/Ultipro and other related reporting tools
- Working knowledge of Federal and State payroll policies, including FLSA laws, overtime and termination regulations
- Experience handling and resolving tax related issues
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll ideally
- CPP or FPC is a plus
- Netsuite experience is a plus
- General accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
