About Our Client

Our client is a large organization in the retail industry. They are in rapid growth mode and are looking for someone to grow within their HR division.

Job Description

  • Assist in the execution of HR policies and procedures
  • Enter integral data into the SuccessFactors HRIS system
  • Help manage onboarding processes
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies
  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'People Operations Coordinator' should have:

  • Prior experience in using HR software and database systems - particularly ADP, Workday, and/or SuccessFactors
  • A solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
