This role will help manage and continuously enhance the employee experience by supporting and optimizing human capital programs, systems, and data-driven processes. You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders on initiatives including workflow optimization, compensation analysis, internal mobility, employee perks, and more. You will also play a key role in leveraging emerging technologies-including generative AI-to solve operational challenges and improve efficiency.

Job Description



  • Collaborate on complex cross-functional projects to improve the employee lifecycle and overall experience


  • Support processes related to compensation, reporting, internal mobility, and perks


  • Leverage human capital systems (e.g., Workday) and automation tools to enhance efficiency


  • Analyze and visualize large data sets using advanced Excel functions


  • Utilize basic programming languages (e.g., Python) to automate and streamline workflows


  • Contribute to the integration and application of generative AI tools in People Operations


  • Handle confidential data with discretion and maintain high attention to detail


  • Recommend and implement process improvements in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree required


  • At least 3 years of experience in a human capital function, with exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday)


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to manage and interpret large data sets


  • Must have proogramming experience (e.g., Python) and familiarity with process automation tools


  • Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of generative AI technologies


  • Strong project management skills and a solutions-oriented mindset


  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
