5 days onsite in NYC (Midtown Manhattan) - some travel required

Job Description



  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling meetings across time zones and prioritizing time-sensitive requests


  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting


  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining discretion and professionalism


  • Provide personal support including errands, household/vendor coordination, reservations, and special requests


  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity


  • Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed


  • Be available for occasional travel to support the executive on-location

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience in a PA/EA role, ideally supporting a senior executive in finance, investment, or professional services


  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism


  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to stay several steps ahead


  • Comfortable working in a high-touch, fully onsite environment in Midtown Manhattan
