Job Description

  • Month-End Close: Manage the plant's financial close process, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide actionable insights to plant leadership.
  • Cost Accounting: Oversee standard costing, inventory management, and variance analysis to identify and drive cost-saving opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, highlighting trends and recommending strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with plant leadership to optimize operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain robust internal controls and support audit processes to ensure financial integrity.
