Plant Controller - Manufacturing - King of Prussia, PA

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Manage cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation, labor cost tracking, and overhead analysis.
• Monitor plant performance against financial goals and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and transaction management.
• Support external audits by coordinating with auditors and addressing findings.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain fixed asset records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits at the site.
• Conduct on-site walk-throughs with operational leaders to address production and costing concerns.
