Job Description

Financial Close: Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to GAAP
FP&A: Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to leadership
Cost Accounting: Manage standard costing, inventory control, and operational efficiency metrics to drive cost savings and profitability
Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed financial statements and reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including private equity partners
Internal Controls: Maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy across financial operations
Collaboration: Partner with plant and company leadership to support strategic initiatives and improve operational performance

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or plant operations.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial close processes, and FP&A.
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in a private equity-backed environment is a plus.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
