About Our Client
Our client is global leader in the production of welded and drawn over mandrel carbon steel tubing for standard and specialty applications. They provide products to OEMs in multiple industries including automotive, construction, agriculture, appliance, energy, and recreation. They are seeking a Plant Engineer to join their team and play a critical role from day one.
Job Description
Leading/supporting capital equipment/development projects
Working with Project Engineers to improve quality, run time, and throughput from systems/equipment
Supporting the Maintenance organization when needed
Selecting and monitoring contractors providing services
Writing requisitions/purchase orders for services and equipment needs
Monitoring utilities and working with providers
Providing compliance with city, county, state, and federal agency requirements

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
Basic CNC Machining experience
Experience working with Capital equipment/development projects
Good communication & collaboration skills
CAD skills with a good understanding of dimensioning & tolerancing is a plus.
Programming skills with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens systems is a plus.

- Base salary between $90,000 - $110,000
