This person reports into an HR Manager and will have no direct reports.

About Our Client

Our client is a multinational manufacturing company with about 600 employees. They are looking for an HRBP to help drive continued success and growth. This person will report to the plant five days a week to support the 100 employees at the location. The HRBP will act as a true business partner and advise leadership and the plant management team on HR policies and processes. The HRBP will also be in the weeds with employees every day, focusing on things like employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and employment laws.

Job Description

  • Align human resources strategies with the plant's operational objectives to ensure workforce productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with plant managers and leaders to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies specific to the manufacturing environment.
  • Implement and manage employee relations programs, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, supporting career growth and succession planning.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices and policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • The ability to go on-site at the plant five days a week
  • Employee relations experience
  • Working knowledge of HR functions
