They offer a range of finishing treatments such as dyeing, coating, and specialized surface treatments to meet the needs of various industries.Job DescriptionYou will report into the Plant Manager and be responsible for: * Ensuring all maintenance activities are being carried out in a technically proficient, safe, and environmentally responsible manner, adhering to all relevant external and internal standards and practices.* Selecting, contracting, guiding, and evaluating external contractors for maintenance-related tasks.* Driving continuous improvement within the maintenance organization by defining and implementing operational enhancement programs.* Developing, implementing, and managing a cost-effective and efficient maintenance organization, including external contractors, to ensure optimal maintenance performance. Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date maintenance logs.* Standardizing work processes, procedures, and systems within the maintenance department.* Assessing the technical competencies required based on the manufacturing strategy and ensuring the facility is staffed accordingly.* Collaborating with Production and Quality teams to create, maintain, and adjust schedules in line with maintenance needs (preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, etc.).* Overseeing the implementation and management of preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for all facility equipment.* Managing expenditures for equipment, spare parts, and tools in accordance with budget guidelines.* Developing and leading a preventive maintenance program, supervising maintenance repairs, and minimizing maintenance costs.
