Plant Manager | Design and production

• Manage day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Oversee budgeting and cost management to optimize plant performance.
