Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage all plant operations to ensure optimal productivity
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in processes
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency
• Ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained across the plant
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company goals
• Manage budgetary and production KPI's
• Oversee the plant's quality control procedures
