Job Description

In this role you will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for...

  • Lead and guide the production team by providing direction and supervision.
  • Oversee production operations to enhance productivity.
  • Assess production processes to guarantee optimal efficiency.
  • Estimate production costs to aid in the creation of budgets.
  • Manage and monitor production budgets.
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of raw materials and other resources.
  • Ensure the execution of the production plan through priority setting, activity scheduling, progress monitoring, schedule adjustments, and problem resolution.
  • Promote a high-level safety program across the plant, supporting its development and implementation.
  • Foster continuous improvement by establishing metrics and identifying corrective measures to minimize waste.
  • Implement programs for cost control.
  • Foster efficient collaboration and coordination among relevant departments.
