Job Description

Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain functions.
Implement and monitor performance metrics to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee capital projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant goals with broader business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in plant management, production, or operations leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
Experience managing budgets and driving cost-saving initiatives.
Knowledge of industry safety regulations and compliance standards.
