Job Description

  • Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are achieved.
  • Lead production and warehouse teams, managing personnel, equipment, materials, and workflow.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and support growth.
  • Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer requirements and on‑time delivery goals.
  • Manage raw materials, inventory levels, and vendor relationships to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Partner with Sales and Engineering to translate customer requirements into effective production plans.
  • Support quality processes, address customer concerns, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safe operation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant plant environment while fostering strong internal communication.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate personnel.
  • Has a track record of improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance through hands‑on management.
  • Thinks critically and solves operational problems with limited standardization.
  • Communicates clearly across all levels of the organization and maintains strong working relationships.
  • Is comfortable managing inventory, workflows, production scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Shows initiative, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Can read blueprints and collaborate effectively with engineering and cross‑functional teams.
