Job Description

  • Lead all plant operations, including production, engineering, quality, safety, and HR
  • Oversee full P&L performance, financial planning, and operational KPIs
  • Ensure on‑time delivery, product quality, and a safe working environment
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team performance
  • Develop and mentor salaried and hourly employees to build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Maintain certifications and compliance with all quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate closely with corporate operations and executive leadership
  • Implement strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, output, and profitability

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Proven success managing salaried + hourly teams in a structured environment
  • Full P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen
  • Experience overseeing production, quality, and engineering functions
  • Track record of driving operational improvements and building high‑performing teams
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and accountability‑driven leadership style

Nice‑to‑Haves:

  • Automotive industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (MBA a plus)
  • Background in process improvement, project management, or new product introduction
