Commitment to innovation and process excellence ensures customer success across various industries.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Propose enhancements to operations and processes to optimize cost-efficiency and quality.Apply engineering principles to develop and improve processes.Provide technical support to address issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Lead efforts to enhance processes for both new and existing products.Assist with identifying and managing tools and resources.Develop guidelines and provide training to staff to ensure consistent manufacturing practices.Supply necessary documentation to ensure customer requirements are met.Create design specifications for customized tooling as needed.Collect and evaluate information to ensure customer specifications are met.Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all deliverables are executed on time.Review and approve reports related to material or process issues.Utilize systems to support production and reporting functions.Communicate effectively with customers in various formats.Oversee changes and improvements to processes, ensuring proper ownership and follow-through.Achieve proficiency in key competencies required for the role.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
