Known for their technical expertise and dedication to quality, they consistently deliver dependable products while prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Oversee the processing, validation, and documentation of new products, molds, processes, or equipment.Support the quoting process for tools and parts.Provide training to Process Technicians on troubleshooting and resolving processing issues.Continuously optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.Drive ongoing process improvements through enhancements in materials, tooling, processes, and automation.Assist with daily production activities and troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes.Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) as necessary.Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure alignment and resolve technical matters.Promote and maintain a safe working environment across the organization.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
