PM- Commercial Construction- Baltimore, MD

• Lead and manage all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Set project objectives, policies, and procedures, ensuring a clear path to completion within established parameters.
• Oversee the buyout of subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Maintain strong client, architect, and engineer relationships to support successful project execution.
• Provide technical expertise in interpreting project drawings, methods, and equipment needs.
• Represent the company in project meetings, serving as a key point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly job status reports detailing project priorities and any emerging issues.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of corporate and industry practices, ensuring projects meet compliance and quality standards.
• Drive client satisfaction through attentive management and by addressing any concerns proactively.
• Assist in preparing competitive bids and proposals for potential clients.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and other team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
