Job Description

Lead large scale, ground-up projects from precon to closeout.
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction.
Collaborate with field teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and site teams.

5+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with light industrial or data center work.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple moving parts.
