PM/Estimator/Senior - Affordable Housing

• Lead sizable affordable housing projects, preservation, tenant in place and some ground up
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for property projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, procurement, and contractor management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
