  • Oversee all stages of the construction project lifecycle, from design and procurement through to construction and closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that key milestones are met.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates, financial assessments, and risk evaluations, to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering opportunities for repeat business.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continually improve project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with experience in commercial and industrial projects valued over $2M.
  • Estimating experience is preferred.
  • Experience in ground-up construction is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • PMP certification is an added advantage.
