The firm is vertically integrated across development, construction, asset management, and property management, giving candidates strong exposure to the full affordable housing lifecycle, including LIHTC and Section 8 assets.Job DescriptionThe Asset Manager will oversee a portfolio of affordable housing and LIHTC assets, supporting property performance, compliance, operations, and long-term portfolio strategy.
