Job Description

  • Lead the pre-construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope and requirements.
  • Prepare and review bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate site investigations and assessments to inform project planning.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance pre-construction strategies.
  • Manage and mentor the pre-construction team, fostering professional development.
