Job Description

Lead the preconstruction process for multifamily projects, from initial planning through estimating.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments to ensure project feasibility.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate project plans.
Deliver detailed cost estimates and ensure they align with project objectives and client expectations.
Drive the preparation of all preconstruction documentation, including bids and contracts.
Create and implement project schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure timely execution.
Review and assess project designs for cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and terms.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays during the preconstruction phase.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive Experience (6+ years) in multifamily estimating and preconstruction management.
Strong Leadership Skills to effectively guide teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth project execution.
Proven Expertise in budgeting, cost estimation, and risk management for large-scale multifamily projects.
Excellent Communication Skills to collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Detail-Oriented with the ability to assess complex project details and identify cost-effective solutions.
Problem-Solving Ability to proactively identify and address challenges that may arise during the preconstruction phase.
Organized and Efficient in managing multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
Self-Motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
