Job Description

  • Manage the pre-construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning for upcoming projects.
  • Drive the preparation of project estimates, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project scope and timelines are clear.
  • Oversee the selection of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Operate within project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Deliver detailed reports and updates to senior management and clients on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations throughout the pre-construction phase.

The Successful Applicant
