Job Description

Manage the pre-construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning for upcoming projects.
Drive the preparation of project estimates, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project scope and timelines are clear.
Oversee the selection of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Operate within project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Deliver detailed reports and updates to senior management and clients on project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations throughout the pre-construction phase.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in pre-construction management, ideally within the general contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgets, scheduling, and project management software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges and find practical solutions.
