Job Description

    • Lead the preconstruction process including conceptual estimating, budget development, and value analysis.
    • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and well‑aligned project plans.
    • Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
    • Prepare and present cost models, estimates, and preconstruction deliverables to internal teams and clients.
    • Manage subcontractor outreach, bid reviews, and proposal preparation.
    • Support project scheduling and constructability reviews to ensure seamless transition into operations.
