About Our Client

My client is a mid-sized developer with a home base here in St. Louis. They are fully integrated with real estate procurement, development, and construction arms. They have grown substantially over the course of the last few years with plans to grow even more coming into 2022. The office culture is collaborative and supportive which provides a workplace where employees tend to stick around for a long time. They provide a flexible schedule that allows team members to spend time with family and go to events. Their projects can range anywhere from $10M to $40M and they are almost all ground up construction. They are moving into more commercials sectors and due to their current growth and this planned growth, they are in need of a preconstruction manager to spearhead efforts in estimating early stages of the construction process. This role will have opportunity to be in a leadership position quickly and will work directly with one of the VPs in the business.
