Preconstruction Manager / Estimator

• Part of the preconstruction process, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for projects in the property industry.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and review cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project budgets.
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Doral.
• Support the construction team during project handoff and execution phases.
