The Dallas office is one of the standout performers with lots of room to grow with their mission critical and large commercial footprint.Job DescriptionPreconstructionLead preconstruction strategy and proposal development.Manage resources to produce scope documents, budgets, estimates, alternates, and schedules.Ensure scopes-of-work are complete and aligned with design intent.Conduct constructability reviews and recommend solutions.Prepare cost models, value engineering, and risk plans.Maintain project schedules to meet milestones.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Review designs for constructability and cost-efficiency.Develop and present value engineering options.Oversee subcontractor procurement with operations.Business DevelopmentBuild and maintain client relationships to support repeat business.Lead client presentations, proposals, and interviews.Identify new opportunities through market and industry engagement.Participate in trade organizations.Invest time in client and trade partner relationship-building.Maintain strong subcontractor and vendor relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
