Job Description

    • Lead preconstruction efforts for light industrial projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis.
    • Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage bid processes with subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to refine project scope and design.
    • Analyze plans and specifications to identify cost-saving opportunities and constructability issues.
    • Develop and maintain historical cost data and market pricing trends.
    • Present proposals and budgets to stakeholders and provide clear recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices throughout preconstruction.
