Job Description

  • Oversee preconstruction phases, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for light industrial and data center projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed cost estimates, evaluate bids, and manage procurement processes.
  • Analyze construction documents and specifications to assess project scope and risks.
  • Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions from preconstruction to construction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
