The firm delivers commercial, healthcare, and education projects and is known for exceptional culture, high retention, community reputation, and a people-first environment rooted in values of Honor, Humility, Hospitality, and Hustle.Job DescriptionLead preconstruction efforts for $15M+ projects in healthcare, higher education, K‑12, and commercial sectors.Manage conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, value engineering, risk analysis, and bid leveling.Collaborate closely with operations, project managers, superintendents, owners, and design teams to align scope and strategy.Prepare GMPs, RFP responses, scope narratives, and buyout recommendations.Support business development with early project planning and client engagement.Build strong vendor, subcontractor, and design team relationships.Maintain cost history, market pricing knowledge, and database accuracy.Work closely with leadership to shape preconstruction process improvements and best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
