Job Description

  • Develop and manage preconstruction budgets and schedules.
  • Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure project feasibility.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and value engineering analyses.
  • Lead the bidding process, including reviewing and evaluating proposals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Oversee risk assessments and mitigation strategies during preconstruction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
