Job Description


The President of Construction for this organization is responsible for overseeing all aspects of multifamily housing construction projects. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring quality control and safety standards, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The role involves strategic planning, securing new projects, and fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the President of Construction will have a proven track record in executive leadership, having previously held positions as an Executive, Director, or Vice President. They must possess strong management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead large teams-specifically managing 40+ people. Extensive experience in multifamily construction is essential, with a deep understanding of project planning, budgeting, and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to oversee complex, large-scale projects, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold quality and safety standards. They should be skilled in client and stakeholder management, capable of driving growth and securing new opportunities while maintaining a strong company culture and fostering innovation. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are crucial for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 salary
