They drive strategic planning, ensure quality and safety, manage senior leaders and subcontractors, and support the company's expansion through efficient processes, strong client relationships, and successful project outcomes. You will implement and shape the companys SOPs for their $500M+ pipeline.

Job Description

  • Provide executive leadership over all construction operations from pre‑construction through closeout
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and project delivery performance across the portfolio
  • Develop and lead senior construction teams, ensuring talent growth and organizational alignment
  • Drive risk management, safety compliance, and quality standards across all job sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors to support business growth
  • Lead strategic planning, process improvement, and long‑term expansion of the multifamily construction division

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in senior construction leadership overseeing large multifamily portfolios (Director, VP, or President)
  • Proven track record delivering multiple ground‑up projects valued at $25-50M+ each
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams, mentor leaders, and build high‑performing construction departments
  • Deep expertise in multifamily building systems, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Strong relationship‑builder with owners, design partners, municipalities, and trade partners
  • Strategic operator capable of driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and long‑term growth
