The organization is continuously growing and gaining market share in their industry, and are looking to add headcount with strategic individuals, including this Pricing Analyst. Our client is looking for a strong Pricing Analyst to join a growing team and be the point person for all new and existing pricing analysis. This role would be taking data on customer pricing and margins, conducting analysis and providing insights through presentation to senior leadership on pricing and margins for new and existing products in the market.Job DescriptionConduct gross margin analysis and identify erosion driven by commodity cost fluctuations.Prepare product- and customer-level P&L statements to support strategic decisions.Review promotional plans and assess financial impact on profitability.Develop and present dashboards with actionable insights for leadership.Evaluate and prepare pricing quotes for new customers and RFQ/RFP submissions.Advise senior management on price adjustments and maintain ERP pricing accuracy.Calculate costs for new products and analyze formula modifications for financial impact.Track and analyze pricing outcomes (won vs. lost) to identify trends and opportunities.Source and review freight quotes, conducting quarterly reviews to uncover savings.Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and assist in developing financial models for margin analysis.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
