Job Description



  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for prime brokerage clients trading FX and Rates products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


  2. Trade Support: Provide comprehensive trade support to clients trading FX and Rates instruments, including trade execution, confirmation, and settlement. Ensure accurate and timely processing of trades, collaborating with internal teams as needed to facilitate smooth execution.


  3. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of FX and Rates products, including spot, forwards, options, swaps, and other derivatives. Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to provide clients with informed guidance and support.


  4. Risk Management: Monitor client positions and exposures in FX and Rates markets, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Work closely with internal risk management teams to assess risk profiles, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


  5. Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new prime brokerage clients trading FX and Rates products, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are completed accurately and efficiently. Provide training and support to clients as needed to facilitate a smooth transition to our platform.


  6. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on client trading activity, performance metrics, and market trends in FX and Rates products. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis and market intelligence to help optimize their trading strategies and achieve their objectives.


  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, trading, operations, and compliance, to address client needs, resolve issues, and drive business growth. Serve as a subject matter expert on FX and Rates products, contributing to product development initiatives and strategic projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in prime brokerage, client services, or related roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on FX and Rates products.
  • Strong understanding of FX and Rates markets, trading mechanics, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, and other relevant software applications.
