Princeton New Jersey- Commercial Construction- Project Manager

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including commercial interior build‑outs, residential builds, ground‑up construction, and renovations.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and site logistics plans.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and forecasting.
• Conduct frequent site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and productivity.
• Identify project risks proactively and create solutions to maintain timelines and cost efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, prepare status reports, and communicate project updates to senior leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and trade partners to ensure smooth project execution.
