Job Description



  • Partner with site leadership to design and execute the Lean Operating System roadmap.


  • Lead cross-functional transformation efforts using structured problem-solving and value stream mapping.


  • Facilitate kaizen events, install tiered visual management systems, and improve transaction-based processes.


  • Deliver training on Lean tools including 6S, Daily Management, OEE, and Kanban.


  • Coach and develop employees at all levels to build internal CI capabilities.


  • Drive performance improvements aligned with safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity (SQDCP) goals.


  • Promote standardization of best practices across the global manufacturing network.


  • Support CI activities at other sites or in non-manufacturing functions as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic leader with over 10 years of manufacturing experience and a strong track record of implementing Lean initiatives. They will bring expertise in deploying Lean Operating Systems, possess advanced knowledge of CI tools, and have a talent for engaging both leadership and frontline teams. A Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP certification, or equivalent is preferred, along with outstanding facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
