At the intersection of engineering, impact, and society, our team is committed to building transformative technology.Job DescriptionIn this role you will:Lead engineering design effortsfor the company's systemsDevelop and optimize equipment design packages, emphasizing skidded equipmentDesign process piping, equipment layouts, and mechanical interconnections within modular framesSupport equipment specifications, vendor documentation, and bill of materialsDesign structural skid frames, including beam sizing, bracing, and lift point calculationsPerform structural analysis (hand calculations or FEA) to meet transportation and lifting requirementsProduce detailed GA and fabrication drawings for skid packagesEnsure compliance with relevant codes (AISC, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1)Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing and monitor progress at manufacturing partner facilitiesSupport Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and ensure proper assembly, alignment, and integration at customer sitesAct as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to internal teams and partnersCollaborate with external engineering partners and vendors to meet design, budget, and timeline goalsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
